You should feel beautiful wearing a Charming Lady design. Please communicate with me for any special requests, concerns or details at the time of purchase or prior. If you are not please with your purchase, please contact me immediately. I am just an email or phone call away!

Design

Each Charming Lady Design is custom made. If your favorite design is in stock, I will send it out within 24 hours of payment receipt.  If it must be made, it will be shipped within 3-5 days of payment receipt.  Occasionally, I will be waiting on supplies, and if that is the case, I will communicate with you as quickly as possible.

Gift Wrapping & Packaging

Each design is carefully packaged for secure shipping. Your design is wrapped with premium acid free tissue perfect for storage. I am happy to gift wrap with Kraft paper and aqua ribbon.
10" octagon (no charge) and 16" & 18" square heavy duty custom made ($5) hat boxes are available. The drawback is that they can substantially increase shipping. Let me know if you are interested.

Sizing Details

Hats are generally 22.5" around the sweatband, which is standard sizing. I have a smaller head and regularly make smaller and larger sizes- just ask!

Wholesale Availability

I would like to partner for wholesale. I currently supply two boutiques in the Dallas area. One of them has a specific design that is repeated in various palettes and the other requests a variety, in extra large sizes, with my design inspirations.
